Since 1990, Festival of Trees has kicked off the holiday season with an unforgettable celebration for an extraordinary cause. Organized by Kennedy Krieger Institute, this three-day celebration brings Baltimore together to raise critical funds for children, adolescents and adults with diseases, disorders and injuries impacting the nervous system.

Held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, the event features hundreds of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses, a massive vendor marketplace, rides, games, crafts, live entertainment and holiday magic galore.

Proceeds from Festival of Trees provide essential unrestricted support that enables Kennedy Krieger to meet the most pressing needs across the Institute. These flexible funds help sustain exceptional care, advance discovery, support our dedicated team, and create opportunities that make Kennedy Krieger a place where hope and healing happen for the patients, students, and families we serve every day.
