On this week's episode of Spotlight On Maryland, we spoke with Kim Callari, Deputy Director of The Baltimore Station. For the past 32 years, The Baltimore Station has transformed from a small group of devoted citizens who assisted the homeless in South Baltimore to the successful therapeutic residential treatment program it is today. The Baltimore Station has 138 beds, providing homeless men, mostly veterans, with an opportunity to turn their lives around.
Their 30th Annual Homerun For Recovery is coming up on April 23rd and there is still time to get tickets or make a donation! They are always looking for volunteers as well. Volunteers provide 50% of food and 90% of clothing every year. You can learn more about volunteering here!

Donations are always welcome, and your support goes a long way. Every dollar donated will immediately support the homeless veterans in their programs who are working hard to turn their lives around. Click here to donate and listen to the full interview below.
