Ben Carpenter was joined in studio with TIME Organization's Shareese Kess and Gordon Pack to talk about all they are involved with in the community. TIME's mission is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals and families can receive innovative and effective interventions for their behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. Through sharing their experiences in life and with TIME's prison reentry program, Shareese and Gordon pulled back a veil on what's unfortunately become a taboo subject in today's society.
Shareese Kess is a clinical social worker and the Chief of Staff for the TIME Organization. She joined Spotlight on Maryland to share all the organization does for people in need of assistance and to shed a light on all the programs TIME offers. Gordon Pack is just one of many who have benefited from these programs, specifically the Reentry Program. The Reentry Program focusses on helping people get reintegrated into life after being released from prison with no tools or guidance on how to enter back into the world.
