An elderly man from Western North Carolina is accused of sexually abusing a 4 year old child. The Henderson County Sheriff's Office says 75 year old, Patrick Murphy is charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and the same crime in the 3rd degree.
Investigators say, Murphy involved and depicted the child in the production of child sexual abuse material. Murphy has initially been denied bond and is being held in Henderson County.
