Voters head back to the polls for South Carolina's runoff election.
Runoff elections are held when no candidate receives more than 50 percent of the vote. The top two candidates in a race advance to the runoff.
Early voting for South Carolina's primary runoff races will be held Wednesday and Thursday, June 17 and 18, 2026. Polling locations will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Click HERE to find your early voting location.
Runoff races include the Republican primary for lieutenant governor between Pam Evette and Alan Wilson; the Republican primary for attorney general between David Stumbo and Stephen Goldfinch Jr.; and the Republican primary for agriculture commissioner between Danny Lee Ford II, the son of former Clemson football coach Danny Ford, and Trump-endorsed candidate Cody Simpson.
The runoff election will be held Tuesday, June 23.
