A suspect is in custody after being arrested in connection to a fatal overdose in Western North Carolina, last year. The Fletcher Police Department responded to a deadly overdose in March of 2025.
Officials say, the autopsy revealed that the victim died from fentanyl and cocaine toxicity. The suspect Justin Callahan was arrested last month and is charged with death by distribution.
He's being held without bond in Henderson County.
