
(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A juvenile driving a stolen car caused a collision Friday night, injuring two others, one fatally, in Garfield Park.
The stolen Hyundai was fleeing police and headed west in the 900 block of South Independence Boulevard when it caused a multi-vehicle crash about 5:40 p.m., according to Chicago police.
A 25-year-old man driving a Honda was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later died, police said.
A woman, 28, was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was listed in good condition with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The driver of the stolen car was taken into custody and taken to Stroger Hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Police were investigating.
