(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Thirty cars were burglarized in the parking lot of an Amazon facility in Joliet over the weekend, according to Joliet police.
Police said it happened in the parking lot at 250 Emerald Drive between 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 a.m. Sunday.
The windows of several cars belonging to Amazon employees were shattered, and officials said many of the victims reported items were removed from their cars.
Authorities said anyone with information on the burglaries may submit comments anonymously online.
