CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Burglars carried out a few smash-n-grabs overnight in the West Loop and North Side
Police said there were five smash-and-grabs that happened between 1:30 and 5:00 a.m. They happened in the West Loop, Old Town, Lincoln Park and Lake View neighborhoods.
Police said the burglars broke the front windows and began stealing merchandise.
The break-ins happened at the Notre Clothing in the 100 block of North Peoria, Galleria Liqueurs in the 1500 block of North Wells, Liquor Expo in the 2100 block of North Halsted and Galleria Liqueurs and the Sephora beauty products store in the 3400 block of North Southport.
They got away in a maroon SUV.
No one has been arrested.
