CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Three teenagers and an adult were wounded in a shooting at a home in Brainerd Monday night.
A 16-year-old boy was arguing with other people on the second floor of a home near 93rd and Racine, just after 7 p.m. when, Chicago Police said, he pulled out a gun and began firing.
When it was over, a 15-year-old boy and 21-year-old man were critically wounded. Paramedics took another 15-year-old boy to the hospital in fair condition.
The 16-year-old suspect was also shot. He was listed in fair condition and placed in police custody. It’s not clear who shot him. The Chicago Sun-Times reported a bloody shoe was left on the sidewalk as police investigated.
