It's time to check your fridge, especially if you love salad.
Conagra Brands has issued a recall for several varieties of its popular Wish-Bone salad dressing that could make some people very sick.
While the recall isn't due to contamination with a pathogen, such as listeria or E. coli, it is being issued due to a labeling issue that poses a health hazard to certain consumers.
The recall involves a limited amount of Wish-Bone Thousand Island and Chunky Blue Cheese dressings.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The salad dressings contain egg, but the ingredient is not declared on the product labels.
