(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Charges have been filed against a Chicago man for a murder that took place in November 2023 outside of the House of Blues.

Andrew Hulburt had just left a show at the venue when Chicago police said he was approached by two men who asked him for money.

It was Nov. 15, 2023, at about 11:30 p.m. There were witnesses. One of the men punched Hulbert in the face.
