City discloses number of Lollapalooza arrests, ticketed offenses

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Fourteen people were arrested and another 14 were issued tickets for offenses during the four days of Lollapalooza in Grant Park, city officials said.

The city released the four-day totals on Monday, and they hew close to last year’s totals.

In addition to the arrests and the issuance of Administrative Notice of Ordinance Violations (ANOVs), there were 55 ambulance transports over the Aug. 3-6 festival.

By comparison, in 2022, there were 15 arrests, 8 ANOVs and 68 ambulance transports. In 2021, there were 19 arrests, 7 ANOVs and 102 ambulance transports.
