CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Hey, Dead Heads! Who's ready to get their drink on?
This week's cocktail has been inspired by this weekend's Dead and Company concert at Wrigley Field.
As fall nears, even though summer temperatures are continuing, I decided to make a rich and creamy drink that still gives tropical vibes.
I have named this drink at Grateful Dead's song, Touch of Grey. It contains RumChata, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup.
Who's ready to mix things up?
Ingredients
• 2 oz. of RumChata
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 2 oz. unsweetened canned coconut milk
• 1 oz. simply syrup
• Mint and pineapple for garnish
Directions
1. In a shaker, add RumChata, pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup, and a few ice cubes
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a glass over ice
4. Garnish with mint and pineapple
