(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — If you’ve got a question or comment for the Chicago Transit Authority, you can now talk to the agency face-to-face.
It’s part of an event series called “Ask CTA” in which managers from various departments will be at rail stations and bus transfer hubs to answer questions and hear rider feedback.
“The ‘Ask CTA’ events will provide our customers a chance to speak directly with the managers responsible for diverse functions at our agency,” CTA President Dorval R. Carter, Jr. said. “But more importantly, it will allow us to hear directly from our customers—and use their feedback to help us further improve how we provide transit service.”
The effort is the latest in a series of initiatives that is part of a wider effort to serve riders in the post-pandemic era.
The first event was held Tuesday morning at the Blue Line station at California near Milwaukee, but others will take place at various locations in the coming weeks. They include the 95th/Dan Ryan Red Line station on Aug. 31 and the Central Green Line station on Sep. 1.
Future locations and times will be announced each week on CTA’s social media channels.
