Evanston man accused of storing child pornography on his computer: Prosecutors

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A suburban man who allegedly possessed and transported sexually explicit images of children has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.

Forty-two-year-old Emad Saghir of Evanston has been charged with possession and transportation of child pornography.

According to the unsealed indictment, Saghir had images of sexual acts involving a minor and a preteen on his computer and he knowingly transported the material.

The forty-two-year-old could face up to forty years in prison.
