CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A pedestrian was hit by a car on DuSable Lake Shore Drive Tuesday night on the North Side.
Police said that at about 8 p.m. a 52-year-old man was walking in the left lane of northbound DuSable Lake Shore Drive north of Belmont when he tried to run across the lanes of traffic and was hit by a vehicle.
Paramedics took him to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was last reported in critical condition.
