CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- No bond will be given to a babysitter accused of killing a 4-month-old girl in Albany Park.

Norma Chagnama, 29, is charged with one count of first-degree murder in the death of the baby, Zury Cruz-Sumba. During Monday's hearing, Prosecutors also revealed she was running an illegal daycare.

An Assistant Cook County State's Attorney said Chagnama had been babysitting Zury for the past several weeks. Prosecutors also said the injuries inflicted by Chagnama last Thursday occurred after the infant got sick and threw up.

The baby was rushed to the hospital where brain damage was detected in addition to other prior injuries.
