CHICAGO (NEWSRADIO) - Chicago police are investigating a break in at a Hyde Park bakery overnight.
This happened shortly after 12:20 am at the recently opened La Boulangerie Chicago near 55th and Lake Park Avenue.
Police said they responded to a burglar alarm and found that the front door of the bakery was open. It appears that the burglars took money from the register.
The café and bakery has only been open for about four months.
No one is in custody as police continue their investigation.
