Suspect seen firing rifle at Metra station has turned himself in: FBI

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A man wanted for allegedly firing a rifle earlier this month on a train platform at McCormick Place turned himself in, the FBI said Monday.

Last week, the FBI released videos of the incident which happened about 10 a.m. Dec. 1 at the Metra station near Lake Shore Drive and 23rd Street.

The videos show a man remove a collapsible rifle from a backpack and fire one round. No injuries were reported, according to the FBI.

The FBI did not release additional information on the suspect.
