(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Two DePaul University students were robbed over the weekend on the Lincoln Park campus, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of West Belden as two students – a male and a female – were walking home. Several men jumped out of a white Kia SUV and demanded the students’ belongings.
A purse was taken from the female student, and the offenders punched the male in the face and used pepper spray before fleeing the scene.
