(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Suburban Cook County voters have a new location they can cast their ballots for the June 28 primary.

Besides being a train station, Union Station is now a polling place. The station’s Founder’s Room is where commuters from Cook County can vote, drop off mail-in ballots or register to vote.

There are 50 other locations where suburban Cook County residents may early-vote. At Union Station, there are eight polling booths. The location will be open to voters seven days a week.

The Cook County Clerk’s Office said it’s always looking to expand voting flexibility so suburban residents can fit voting into their schedules.
