Video posted on social media appears to show police in Kenosha, Wisconsin shoot a black man multiple times Sunday.
Local media reports indicate that officers were responding to a domestic incident. No details were available about what lead up to the shooting that happened in broad daylight.
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers identified the man shot as Jacob Blake. In a statement, Gov. Evers condemned the shooting. Police did not immediately identify the shooting victim, yet did confirm that the man was in serious condition following the shooting.

The video shown on social media shows 3 officers pointing weapons and shouting at the man as he walked towards the front of a vehicle. Seven shots are heard fired on the video.
Following the shooting local reports say protesters gathered in the street shouting "no justice no peace." They were met by riot gear-clad officers and SWAT vehicles.
Kenosha is about 40 miles south of Milwaukee.
