Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan has earned his place as one of the most distinctive broadcast personalities. Tigger’s dedication, business savvy, community involvement, and love for music are just a few reasons for his longevity and recognition as one of the most impactful media talents.

Currently, the host of a show that bears his name, “The Big Tigger Morning Show” on V-103 (WVEE-FM) in Atlanta, Tigger connects with millions of loyal fans Monday through Friday from 6-10 a.m. Listeners that “Tune In And Turn Up”, get a daily dose of the hottest music, the latest entertainment news, and an inside look behind the music.
Tigger offers a different viewpoint because his reputation affords him the trust of and access to some world’s biggest entertainers.
While many people may know Tigger as the face of the longest-running, nationally televised hip-hop show, BET’s “Rap City: Tha Bassment” and the hit show “106 & Park”, It’s his stellar reputation and hard work has led to numerous opportunities, accompanying successes across media platforms and an ever-growing fan base.
In 2003, He created and launched “Live in the Den with Big Tigger”, a three-hour, syndicated show that aired for more than 10 years in 67 markets and 3 countries until ending in 2013. He saw similar success with “Direct Access with Big Tigger”, a weekly TV show which earned him an Emmy in 2013.
A natural in front of the camera and a BET fan favorite, Tigger is the go-to host for BET Network specials. For example, he has hosted the “BET Awards Post Party Live” since 2009. In 2012, he co-hosted the “BET Awards Red Carpet Show” and was the voice and co-host of the “Soul Train Awards” in 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015. Tigger was featured as one of 4 “Bosses” on Oxygen’s “Like A Boss” in 2017 and has also been featured on a variety of current shows from Real Housewives of Atlanta, Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, as well as the Xscape Still Kickin’ It, T.I.’s Family Hustle, Growing Up Hip Hop ATL, and K. Michelle: My Life. Recently, Tigger has additionally taken on the silver screen with a role in his first film for UPTv’s “Where’s The Love” in which he played “Rod” as well as a role in VH1’s Drumline: A New Beat where he played himself.
When he isn’t on the radio, on TV, or on a film set, Tigger is making noise as the Official DJ & Music Director of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. He is in constant demand by professional and collegiate sports teams, celebrities, and leading consumer brands like Coca Cola, Macy’s, Ciroc, and Nike to bring the music to live events.
Charity is central to who Big Tigger is.
His creation of The Big Tigger Foundation Inc. (BTF), a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening diverse urban communities through proactive, innovative programming. Based in the belief that knowledge is the key to improving issues affecting the community, BTF's focus is two-fold; to increase public awareness of HIV/AIDS by funding educational initiatives targeting prevention, and to improve quality of life for youth and by supporting programs that focus on literacy, self-esteem, and physical fitness. Additionally as a member-only the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, he mentors a variety of young African American kids.
When not at work, Big Tigger can be found motorcycling, bicycling, scuba diving, or being an avid sports fan.
