Atlanta Braves General Manager Alex Anthopoulos joined Dukes & Bell to talk about the team’s first World Series title in twenty six years. Anthopoulos talked about what the team was able to accomplish with major injuries and how good Brian Snitker was at managing the team down the stretch.
Anthopoulos talked about how good Brian Snitker was at managing the bullpen down the stretch.
“What Snit did and how he basically had to manage the group and what he did throughout the playoffs and the in game moves and everything else was just off the charts incredible. The buttons he had to push and so on,” Anthopoulos said.

Alex also talked about the injuries to the starting rotation.
“You look at we had guys like Dylan Lee starting games, and Davidson starting games, Charlie Morton being out, and just everything else with the rotation and so on. Ynoa being out, Chavez starting games, it’s incredible what all these guys were able to get done.”
