92.9 The Game Atlanta Braves reporter Joe Patrick joined the Midday Show to preview the team's Wild Card match-up against the Reds.

The Braves had some big injury question marks heading into the Wild Card match but it seems those have seemingly been answered today.

According to manager Brian Snitker, outfielder Ronald Acuna (left wrist), reliver Chris Martin (groin) and third baseman Austin Riley (quad tightness) all feel good enough to play on Wednesday.

"The overall news was very, very positive for the Braves; about as good as you could've expected," Joe said.

Acuna would've been able to go if the playoffs started a couple of days ago. They just wanted to give his wrist some extra rest.

As far as Martin, this is an injury he's familiar with.

"It's apparently something that he has dealt with before so he knew exactly what he was feeling when he started feeling it and he didn't push it at all. After a couple of days of rest, he's feeling much, much better. In fact, he said he feels perfectly fine, or that's what Brian Snitker said."

As far as Riley, he's not 100 percent with that quadriceps tightness but is healthy enough to play.

"The Braves should have--for as many season-long injuries and the guys that they've lost in the starting rotation--they should be in pretty good shape, otherwise, from a health perspective."
