“I’m really excited about it,” Koryn said of the release of her album, “I think that through my journey, I started so young, you know I was on The Voice at 16 years old. So just going through this process in the industry, not only growing as an artist, but just like growing as a person and a women, and as a Christian, it’s just been a ride.”

With Tigger noting the transparency and openness Koryn commits to her TikToks, relating it to the way she approached her album, Hawthorne expressed, “I think its really important for me at this time to be so authentic and raw, because their are so many other young women and young men out there who need to hear what I have to say. Cause I know they are going through the same things in a way. And it’s a vibe as well, so yeah I’m excited.”

Koryn also talked about her new single "Cry," upcoming wedding, and played a game of 10 seconds or less. Listen to the entire interview above.
