The Atlanta Falcons finally made the necessary moves to get themselves underneath the salary cap. Now that the Falcons are under the cap, they are going to try to fill out their roster so they can try to compete in the NFC South.

Matt Ryan was one of the players that was asked to restructure his contract, which helped the Falcons get to that threshold they needed. Now that the Falcons are where they need to be financially, they still have to figure out who they want to take with the No. 4 overall pick in the draft.

Jeff Culhane, of the Bison Radio Network, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to give some insight into Trey Lance, a guy who might be available at 4. Given that Lance doesn't have that much experience playing the quarterback position, the Falcons might be a perfect place for him to land. "He needs to sit for a year," Culhane said.

Lance doesn't even turn 21 until after the draft. So if the Falcons are looking to draft a quarterback that could benefit from sitting a couple of years, then Trey Lance might be their guy.
