50 Cent Jokes About Losing 'Best New Artist' Award To Evanescence At The 2004 GRAMMYs

50 Cent is still not happy about losing the Best New Artist award to Evanescence back at the 2004 GRAMMYs.

The "In Da Club" rapper recently received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame where he delivered an almost 8-minute long speech. 50 was joined by Dr. Dre and Eminem, who also gave a speech about the rapper.

One of the funny moments of 50's speech was when he commented about losing the GRAMMY. "You got the largest debut hip hop album [but] you don't got no Best New Artist trophy...The Best New Artist, they gave that s*** to Evanescence."

He went on to say, "can you find f****** Evanescence? I ain't seen Evanescence since that night since that night they gave them the trophy." It's important to note how he was laughing as he said it to clearly indicate it was a joke and nothing malicious.
