It looks like Mike Tyson will be pulling no punches during his upcoming fight against Jake Paul, as ‘The Champ’ was recently spotted leaning into some martial arts training at Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan’s Arizona school.

Ahead of his high-profile boxing match against YouTuber Jake Paul scheduled for July 20, Tyson has apparently been sparring with the crew at Maynard of Tool’s Verde Valley BJJ martial arts school.
Keenan posted a series of photos with Tyson and his wife, Lei Li Keenan, on his personal Instagram captioning the pics, “Honored to have @miketyson grace our small town academy, @verdevalleybjj."
Keenan continued, "His Training Camp for @jakepaul vs @miketyson began under our roof. Gonna be bragging about that for a bit. Long after y’all are tired of hearing about it. Deal w it.”
In training since the nineties, Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan recently celebrated receiving his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether or not he's teaching Tyson how to scream his lungs out as well is anyone's guess. Probably, right? Hopefully, yes.
Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will go head-to-head on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, and the event will be streaming live on Netflix.
