Vended, a group consisting of Corey Taylor’s son, Griffin, and ShawnClownCrahan’s son, Simon, have released their debut single, “Asylum,” and are making their father’s proud with some in-your-face Rock vibes.

The group, which also includes members Cole Espeland, Connor Grodzicki and Jeramiah Pugh originally formed in 2018 after gaining attention for posting Slipknot covers online.

Fast forward to now, the group is celebrating the release of their debut single, working on an EP and set to take the stage at Knotfest Iowa this weekend followed by Knotfest Los Angeles in November.

In most-recent Slipknot news, lead-singer, Corey Taylor was ripped apart by Machine Gun Kelly for wearing 'f*****g weird mask' on stage at Riot Fest and criticized a verse he submitted for a song on MGK’s most recent album Tickets To My Downfall.

Taylor fired back, posting receipts of a conversation between MGK’s producer, Travis Barker and himself on Twitter that clearly show Kelly praising Corey’s work.
