Ball’s in your court, Steph.

Steph Curry and a Boston restaurant have been trading barbs via bar chalkboards and T-shirts throughout the NBA FInals. The restaurant staff is doubling down at Game On!, which is located at the corner of Lansdowne Street and Brookline Avenue, just past the Green Monster at Fenway Park.

Game On! Started things off with a chalkboard outside their restaurant last week that said “Ayesha Curry can’t cook.” Then Steph showed up to his Game 5 postgame press conference wearing a white T-shirt with “Ayesha Curry CAN cook” printed across his chest. Of course, the restaurant had something to say on Wednesday night.

Not only did they make T-shirts that say “Ayesha Curry Can’t Cook” but they wrote out another chalk sign, saying, “Steph saying his wife can cook is like you’re mother telling you you’re HANDSOME.”

Little long on the zinger, but funny response from the restaurant here.

I love the banter. This is fantastic Finals content. Steph probably loves it, too, to be honest.

During his press conference Wednesday in Boston, Steph said he gets a kick out of all the noise and extracurricular stuff that comes with a Finals run.

“I'm the petty king so I know all about everything,” Curry said. “I use it as entertainment and just have fun with it. The more you're on the stage, the more you realize the attention that is on you, how much it means to each fan base, how much it means to the cities. So you can't really be surprised by anything. There's a lot at stake when it comes to winning championships.”

The best thing Chef Curry could do is cook up some championship chowder on Thursday night in Boston.
