The Celtics' full 2023-24 schedule has been released, and it begins on Wednesday, Oct. 25, at Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks.
Boston's home opener will be an Eastern Conference Finals rematch against the Miami Heat two days later on Friday, Oct. 27.
Here are some other highlights of the schedule:
- The Celtics' four group stage games for the NBA's new in-season tournament will be Nov. 10 vs. the Brooklyn Nets, Nov. 17 at the Toronto Raptors, Nov. 24 at the Orlando Magic, and Nov. 28 vs. the Chicago Bulls.
- The Celtics will face Marcus Smart and the Grizzlies in Memphis on Nov. 19, and Smart will make his return to TD Garden on Feb. 4.
- The Celtics will visit Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors on Dec. 19 and welcome them to Boston on March 3.
- The C's will face LeBron James and the Lakers in Los Angeles on Christmas Day, Dec. 25. They'll host the Lakers on Feb. 1.
- Ime Udoka will return to the Garden with the Rockets on Jan. 13. Boston will travel to Houston eight days later.
-The Celtics will host the defending champion Nuggets on Jan. 19 and travel to Denver on March 7.
