It’s hard to keep up with all the news and rumors at the Winter Meetings, even for team officials who are in the middle of it.

Such was the case for Cubs manager David Ross on Tuesday evening, when he was informed during a live interview on Intentional Talk on MLB Network that first baseman/outfielder Cody Bellinger had agreed to a one-year deal to join Chicago. Ross cursed in happy fashion while reacting to the news. Check it out below.

Bellinger, 27, was the National League MVP in 2019 but is coming off a few down seasons, and he'll look to turn his career back around with a change of scenery.
