From July 2024 through July 2025 The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank:
Distributed 47 million pounds of food, providing the equivalent of 53 million meals.
Distributed 18 million pounds of fresh produce, 38% of all food shared last year
Hosted 300+ direct food distributions, reaching urban, suburban and ruralcommunities.
Delivered 5.5 million pounds of food through direct distributions alone,including 3 million pounds of produce.
Helped 2,200+ people apply for SNAP, supporting long-term food stability.
Provided 66,000+ senior food boxes, totaling 2 million pounds of food.
