Former Fulton County District Attorney employee, Tisa Grimes alleged that elected Fulton DA Paul Howard sexually harassed her and wrongfully terminated her employment.
According to the recently released independent investigation, there were no witnesses to corroborate Ms. Grimes accounts. The investigation also says, "During her interview with the independent investigator, Ms. Grimes reported that she had approximately 20 audio recordings of interactions between herself and Mr. Howard; however, she conceded that none of the recordings contained sexually
suggestive or inappropriate comments by Mr. Howard.”
The investigation also revealed that Mr. Howard is known to be a demanding employer, leaving some to question if this workplace complaint was connected to Mr. Howard's management style.
