YouTube's, Hema Bajaj Misra shared with On Point with Juandolyn Stokes listeners how getting a college education is now simple, affordable, and convenient through a program called Study Hall offered only on YouTube.

"Study Hall is a first-of- its- kind program that offers first year college courses like English, Math, U.S. History, and Human Communication every 7 weeks. Enrollment is currently open for the summer. By 2025 there will be 12 courses available," said Misra.

Other courses offered by Study Hall include "How to College," which includes videos on how to navigate the college admissions process and "Fast Guides," which gives information on the popular major choices associated with specific degrees.

Best of all, these college courses, which are offered in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU) and Crash Course, which guarantee the student's satisfaction. Student's can repeat the courses as often as they like until they are satisfied with their grade, at which time they pay.

"This is ideal for the person who dabbled, but did not finish college or the person who always wanted to go, but did not finish," added Misra.

Moreover, these college courses are offered at a fraction of the cost of traditional college courses. The courses are taught by the same qualified staff faculty who conduct research and teach on-campus classes at ASU. Earned credits will count towards a college degree at ASU or other learning institutions.
