Connie Judge, Rep. Rhonda Taylor Spotlight Hair-Loss Education for Black Women
Dr. Dee Dawkins-Haigler, Connie Judge, Rep. Rhonda Taylor

Judge, a certified trichologist, author, and educator, is using her work to confront the misinformation and gaps in hair-care training that can leave women without answers as they experience thinning, breakage, scalp conditions, and hair loss. Her message is rooted in truth, restoration, practical solutions, and empowering women to protect their crowns.

Rep. Taylor is lending her support to Judge’s mission to change how cosmetologists are trained to recognize and properly respond to hair-loss concerns among Black women. Their conversation highlights why education, early awareness, and access to knowledgeable professionals matter—especially as many women navigate protective styles, scalp health, nutrition, wellness, and confidence.
