Fulton County is rolling out the second part of its rental assistance program to residents.

According to Dr. Pamela Rochell, Deputy COO of the Fulton County Department of Health and Human Services, an additional $24 million has been secured through the United States Emergency Rental Assistance program. The county had previously received $18 million for rental help.
Dr. Rochell and her team discussed with Audacy Atlanta's Maria Boynton who is eligible for the payment of rent, utilities, and other housing costs incurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Emergency Relief Assistance Program is for Fulton County residents living outside the City of Atlanta which has its own program.
