SanSe Atlanta Celebrates Puerto Rican Culture at Truist Park

This week On Point with Juandolyn Stokes welcomed, Belisa Urbina, Co-founder of "Ser Familia," Inc. a Latino organization in Georgia, which provides coordinated multidisciplinary family, social, mental health services to Latinos shared information about their upcoming SanSe Atlanta celebration, which is expected to draw some 1,500 guests to Truist Park on Sunday, July 23 from 4 to 8 p.m.

The 9th annual SanSe event includes a celebration of food, music, and natural beauty featuring traditional dishes, sounds, and rhythms highlighting the diverse heritage of Puerto Rico. There will be a performance by Grupo Mania, a popular Puerto Rican merengue group.


"We will be celebrating Puerto Rican food, drinks, music, and people to help Ser Familia.

San Se Atlanta raises money to support Ser Familia's mission to provide preventative family services, and equip Latinos with the tools, resources, and skills they need to move from crisis to thriving.
