This week on, On Point with Juandolyn Stokes (OPWJS) Juandolyn was joined on Sister Talk by sisters, Dr. Zenobia Edwards and Dr. Tina Woodard, Co-Founders of I AM B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L., which stands for brave, energetic, assertive, unique, tenacious, important, fabulous, unequaled and loved.
Dr. Edwards said their mission is to build self esteem and confidence in girls who will become women; not physical beauty, but in character. According to Dr. Woodard, "The need to be affirmed is the greatest need for many girls and women" and that need is exasperated by social media.
