His work in local government as a member of the Stonecrest City Council and his founding of the Stonecrest Film and Entertainment Commission further underscore his commitment to the community. Vickie B. Turner is a dedicated educator and public servant with over 30 years of experience in the field of education. Vickie has served as the Headmaster of The Augustine Preparatory Academy and has been an influential voice on the DeKalb County School Board, where she has held leadership positions, including Chairman and Vice Chairman. A staunch advocate for social equity and quality education, Vickie has spent much of her career working to ensure that all children have access to a fair and excellent education. Her leadership extends to her work in the community, where she champions social responsibility and political engagement.
