Attorney Ralph Fernandez, Managing Partner of Fernandez & Alvarez law firm in Tampa, Florida joined On Point with Juandolyn Stokes to share the details of the Tamla Horsford case.
Fernandez is representing the family of Horsford who was found dead at an adult sleepover in Forsyth County in November 2018. The Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) has announced they are closing the case without anyone being charged in Horsford's death.
Horsford was a mother of 5 and the only black person in attendance at the sleepover. Fernandez says the GBI's announcement if "fodder for the mass and he does not accept it."
