In a 20 minute speech Friday Vice President Kamala Harris addressed everything from book bans, abortions, and election laws. Referring to the recent midtown Atlanta mass shooting on May 3 and similar violence elsewhere, Harris said that while "extremists claim to be pro-life", instead of acting to save lives, state by state they have made it legal to carry a gun without a permit or background check.
It was Harris' third visit to Georgia this year. It was her first visit to the Peach State since President Joe Biden announced he’s seeking re-election.
