Late last week on the Rashad Richey Morning Show, political analyst, talk show host, and devoted family woman Martha Zoller joined Rashad to talk life and politics.

Rashad began the conversation with an acknowledgment, by saying, “I have with me my dear friend, who is politically opposite of me on most things.”

However, quickly during the conversation, one theme strongly presented itself, just because two people have different political opinions and views, most of us have the same morals and values when it comes to family, community service and the hope that our government officials do what they elect them to do.

Martha and Rashad are no exception to this rule.

“Don’t immediately define people by what there political views are, because we have a lot of things that can unite us” so eloquently said Martha to Rashad.

Martha continued by saying, “The average person is just trying to get through the day”

The conversation continued with Martha and Rashad agreeing on several common life themes.

Finally, just before saying goodbye for day, Martha made one final point.

“We have more in common, than we do that divides us” said Martha, and Rashad responded with a simple, “Agreed”
