Falcons see 'opportunity' to turn season around
With a 2-4 record, there are some who believe the Atlanta Falcons are dangerously close to finding themselves on the outside looking in of the NFL playoffs should their current trend continue as they have lost the last two games. However, with 12 games remining, Falcons defensive lineman, Samson Ebukam joined 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell and explained “there’s opportunity” for the team to turn things around.
“There’s been multiple times now that teams will start off their season at 2-4 and still finish off with like a 10 plus win season,” Ebukam said as he expressed why the Falcons “are definitely not out of it yet,” in regards to making a push to reach the postseason. “This is still a good team, we’ve got the right personnel, we’ve got the right coaches, so we’re just working out the kinks and I think you’ll see the results of it this week,” Ebukam said.
“No panic, but definitely more urgency,” Ebukam continued. “We are professionals so we have a job to do Sunday,” the Falcons defensive lineman said.Falcons 'not out of it yet' as they prepare to host 49ers
