It is a good time to be an Atlanta Falcons fan as their win over the Commanders on Sunday allowed the team to enter their bye week on a positive note and gives time for some of their players dealing injuries extra time to recover ahead of their Monday Night Football showdown with the Buffalo Bills.

“You have to make sure you have everything in order,” Atlanta Falcons play-by-play analyst, Wes Durham said on Wednesday as he joined 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell and explained that the Falcons’ bye week presents some good opportunities for the Falcons to get players healthy and possibly address the return of key players who have been out since training camp.

“I think Raheem [Morris] got into that a little bit in his Monday comments because they have some decisions to make, Storm Norton, Troy Anderson, all these things that have to come back around in terms of the roster. They still have to do some things from a roster standpoint here in the next couple weeks as well so there’ll be plenty of things for us to keep an eye on prior to the Monday night game against Buffalo,” Durham said.
