OC Tommy Rees to call plays for Falcons, not HC Kevin Stefanski

One of the bigger questions many asked after the Atlanta Falcons hired Kevin Stefanski to be the head coach was who would call the plays on offense, and it was made clear today n a sit-down interview with Andy and Randy of The Midday Show that OC Tommy Rees is going to call the plays and Coach Stefanski explained his thought process behind that decision.
