As the Atlanta Falcons’ search for their next Head Coach continues, The Morning Shift earlier today emphasized how important it is that the system of the next head coach and their coordinators systems matches what the Falcons already have on the roster if Atlanta’s next Head Coach is expected to win now.

“If you hire a guy and you expect to win next year and the building, the roster, doesn’t look like what his system does, you're setting yourself up for failure. While the best of the best coaches adapt, go look at how often it does in today’s era, it’s for my system to work it has to be like this. There’s very few that it works differently.” Beau Morgan said

If the Falcons want to hit the ground running under this new regime and with Matt Ryan as the President of Football they need coaches whose systems best fit the skillset of the players the Falcons already have on the roster.
