Former Falcon and Fox 5 sports anchor DJ Shockley joined Dukes & Bell live from the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis to talk about the event and Shockley talked about which UGA star is a perfect fit for the Falcons defensive scheme.
When asked if this could be the year the Falcons take a UGA player in the draft.

“A dude like Travon Walker would be ideal for a Dean Pees style of defense, we saw last year Dean Pees liked to move dudes all over the place, he want’s versatility on that side of the ball,” Shockley said. “Travon Walker this year played inside, he played outside, he dropped in coverage, he deflected the ball in the Florida game to get an interception, this dude is one of the most athletic guys.”
Shockley said he thinks Walker could be a top ten pick.
“I think once some of these coaches see this dude up close and personal they’re gonna be like alright he is easily a top ten pick.”
